Welcome to the Coed Company Consultancy. Established by Lynn Cronin and Howard Fine, the Coed Company Consultancy works with organizations, large and small, on issues related to gender diversity in the workplace.
Our mission is simple: to help companies create work environments where men and women can work in true parity. Our perspective is presented in our book Damned If She Does, Damned If She Doesn't: Rethinking the Rules of the Game That Keep Women from Succeeding in Business.
Simply put, we believe that gender equality at work is achievable. However, it requires conscious effort by a company's management and its employees to create a work culture where gender is a non-issue and where all men and women are free to work with no limitations or advantages due to their gender. We call such a work culture a coed company.
